At our 2023 AGM, we signaled that we would be promoting an opportunity for Ngāti Whakaue to purchase, directly off us, a section (lot) in Stage 2 of our Wharenui Rise development. This programme is a great opportunity which enables Ngāti Whakaue to build and live on their whenua.
This programme is now open to Ngāti Whakaue only, for one section per person, for a limited time.
If you are interested, please email (exec@ngatiwhakaue.iwi.nz) to request an application form. Once we receive your application form and verify your Ngāti Whakaue whakapapa, we will send you an Information Pack.
The Information Pack will set out all the relevant details for this opportunity.
Please note that the process in the Information Pack requires offers to be submitted to our solicitor’s office (outlined in the information pack) by Ngāti Whakaue applicants by 5:00pm on Friday 14 June.
