We are excited to share that we are making great progress on Stage 1 of Manawa Gardens! We are building 80 rental homes at the top of Wharenui Road, and the whare are expected to be completed and ready for whānau to move in before Christmas.
A key part of our journey is the appointment of our property managers who will be the interface with our whānau/tenants and also undertake tenancy and asset management services.
We are pleased to announce that we have appointed two local providers Te Taumata o Ngāti Whakaue and Eves Real Estate Rotorua.
Both providers have strong connections to the hapori and a wealth of experience in property management. They will assist the Ngāti Whakaue Tribal Lands Committee of Management in managing tenancy selection, induction, checks, and property maintenance processes.
